Minor Participants: 

Because our academy services youth athletes, all bookings, payments, and attendance permissions must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18. By allowing a minor to participate, you certify that you are their legal guardian and possess the legal authority to agree to these terms.

Physical Fitness: 

By attending any session, you certify that the participant is in good physical condition and has no medical constraints that would prevent them from safely participating in intense athletic training.

To keep our coaching ratios low and secure gym space, we enforce strict booking and refund policies.

Booking & Payments: 

All fees for drop-in sessions, clinics, camps, or training packages must be paid in full prior to attending.

Refund Policy:

No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be issued for missed bookings, voluntary withdrawal, or weather-related closures beyond our control. Exceptions are only made in writing at the sole discretion of the Academy Director.

Assumption of Risk:
Basketball is a physical, fast-moving contact sport. You acknowledge and agree that participation in basketball training, drills, scrimmages, and games carries inherent risks of injury. These risks include, but are not limited to, sprains, fractures, concussions, ligament tears, heat illness, and cardiovascular stress. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge TB7 Basketball Academy, its owners, coaches, staff, independent contractors, and the facilities where training takes place (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of personal injury, illness, property damage, or accidental death occurring during or as a result of academy activities.

Medical Authorization:
In the event of an emergency, and if the parent/guardian cannot be reached immediately, you hereby authorize the staff of TB7 Basketball Academy to seek emergency medical treatment for your child, including transport, hospitalization, and necessary medical procedures. You agree to assume full responsibility for all associated medical expenses.

We believe in developing character alongside basketball skills. We expect athletes and parents to uphold high behavioral standards at all times.

Player & Parent Rules:

• No bullying, physical violence, or abusive language toward coaches, teammates, opponents, or referees.

• Respect the facilities, equipment, and staff at all times.

• Parents are expected to remain in designated spectator areas and refrain from "coaching" from the sidelines or verbally abusing staff and referees.

Dismissal Policy:

• TB7 Basketball Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any player or parent from the facility, without a refund, if they fail to adhere to this Code of Conduct.

We love celebrating our players' hard work and growth.

Consent: 

You grant TB7 Basketball Academy the irrevocable right to take photographs and video recordings of the participant during practices, games, and academy events.

Usage: 

You agree that these materials may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, flyers, and digital advertisements, without any financial compensation to you or the participant.

Opt-Out: 

If you do not wish for your child's likeness to be used, you must submit a written opt-out request via email or IG/Facebook DM prior to your child's first training session.

All content on this website (logos, text, graphics, and images) is the property of TB7 Basketball Academy and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or disrupt our online services.
